A life of Inquiry
At an early age Linda learned the power of group inquiry to create understanding, alignment and collective innovative solutions when working with an education research foundation in Chicago. She saw how important ‘beliefs and assumptions’ are to the decisions we make about what we stand for and what we do. These decisions effect our individual lives, relationships, communities, organizations and nation states. Undergraduate degrees in Philosophy/Ethics and Religious Studies led to 18 years rewarding years in diverse start-ups and diverse corporations. But a growing angst created by experiencing organizations and individuals set up for failure instead of success propelled her to find a way to challenge people to ask the right questions at the right time.
Seeking world-class process to help people get perspective BEFORE they plan and go into action – she found the work of Tom Paterson – the man Peter Drucker called ‘the greatest strategic planner who ever lived.’ She added the Paterson Strategic Operating Plan Process™ and LifePlan™ Process to her facilitation tool box.

She simultaneously competed as a team member and co-spearheaded their highly successful sponsorship program bringing several companies into the sports business environment for the first time.
