Change Components
We facilitate change. It is our belief that all the expertise to create vision and a path to success is in the room with you. Our role is to ask the right questions.
• Perspective
What information is important now?
• Process
How do we get the information we need?
• People
Who needs to be in the room?
…We teach you HOW to think,
not What to think.
It all starts with complete PERSPECTIVE…
When we get and maintain complete perspective we are able to see the clear undistorted truth of where we are now and how we got here. A plan built on truth is destined to succeed. A plan built on fiction is destined to failure. We must have a way to cut through our perceptions, opinions and individual agendas to discern incorrect or incomplete information in order to see truth.
…that we gain through PROCESS:
Whether it be the need to clarify an issue in a one hour meeting, a company wide strategic planning initiative, or a deep live dive with an individual – the process is critical in order to achieve sustainable reproducible success. Incorrect assumptions, siloed thinking and lack of organizational alignment as to where we are now and where we are going, prevent critical truth from emerging. A behaviorally sound process facilitated to achieve constructive conflict and group learning is necessary to achieve complete perspective.
…with the right PEOPLE:
We must have the right people in the room in order to achieve complete perspective. No longer can the discernment of critical information and decisions be regulated only to the C-suite. Functional managers and experts are essential to the dialogue in order for us to understand where we really are – now.
